    COVERED COMPONENTS

    ENGINE: Covers all internal lubricated parts of the engine (excludes damaged caused by broken timing belt)

    TRANSMISSION: Covers only lubricated parts contained within the transmission housing/casing.

    FUEL: Covers only clogged injectors 

    AIR CONDITIONER: NO COVERAGE

    COOLANT: Covers only fluid leaks that occur from the radiator, heater core, expansion plus and water pump.

    POWER STEERING: Covers only lubricated parts contained within the power steering pump, gear box and rack and pinion.

    Expert Car Repair Services

    We partner with local repair facilities who can assist getting vehicles back on the road in a quick and timely manner depending on parts availability.

    Repair coverage limited to Like kind and quality and/or aftermarket parts Cost plus 20% markup. Labor paid Posted Labor Rates and Alldata Flat Rate Repair Guide.

    LIMITED INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

    This Limited Indemnification ("Agreement") is between Big Sky Holdings West LLC (BSH) (30 N Gould St STE N Sheridan, WY 82801) and The Authorized Used Vehicle Centers using the product 05401 MP in connection with the servicing of Eligible Vehicle as outline below. Vehicles.

    LIMITED INDEMNIFICATION:  If Dealer uses/installs an eligible product in an eligible vehicle as defined below and later receives a repair claim on such vehicle, BSH shall indemnify dealer for QUALIFIED REPAIR EXPENSES as defined below as defined from result of abnormal wear due to defects in material and or workmanship of elgible product. 

    CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: Failure resulting from acts of god, foreign objects, vandalism, outside influence, contamination of fluids, misuse, abuse, negligence will void coverage. Vehicles used for commercial use, taxi, towing and hauling are excluded. Any pre-existing Conditions which may be verified by independent analysis at the discretion of BSH could result in claim denied.

    ELIGIBLE VEHICLES : privately owned passenger cars, vans,suv and pick up trucks

    INDEMNIFICATION PERIOD : Effective date of sale of vehicle for a period of 6 months or 6,000 miles whichever occurs first.

    LIMITS: Qualified repairs up to $2500.00 covering the lisited components and systems. (Engine,Transmission and Power steering internal lubricated parts within enclosed housings) Cooling system leaks from Radiator,Water pump, heater core and expansion plugs. Fuel System (clogged injectors only)

    Reimbursements for qualified repairs and verified labor times. Posted Labor Rates and parts markup cost+20%.

    QUALIFIED REPAIR EXPENSES DO NOT INCLUDE RENTAL VEHICLES, TOWING, GAS, RAGS, SHOP SUPPLIES AND SIMILAR EXPENSES.

    QUALIFIED REPAIR EXPENSES SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE INDEMINIFICATION REQUEST PER ELIGIBLE VEHICLE NOT TO EXCEED $2500.00 (INCLUDING TAXES)

    PROCEDURES FOR INDEMNIFICATION: Dealer or Repair facility shall call (888-525-2466) and request BSH Indemnification request form. Requested items needed to complete statement of failure/damage, 

    repair cost and supporting invoice parts cost.

    After ALL requested documents received and reviewed and if claim approved, payment will be made to repairing facility.

    NOTE: If the information provided by repair shop cannot be verified as accurate, or is found to be deceptively inaccurate, BSH may, at its sole discretion, withhold an indemnification payment. BSH may also conduct investigations as to the identified problem and dealers eligibility for indemnification hereunder.
